  1. Just made them using 1 1/4 cups of butter…they are so good! I had no white chocolate chips so just left them out. I took a third of it and added about 2/3 cup toasted organic coconut flakes that I got at Costco (Canada)…very nice with the coconut added!

  2. I think that's supposed to be 1 1/4 cups. of butter not 1 1/4 pounds because that's not 2 1/2 cups of butter on that plate…in Canada our 1lb of butter comes in a 1 lb block or in sticks and are 4 sticks to one pound of butter

  3. These look awesome…I'm making these very soon. I have made so many of your recipes and they were all awesome!!…Poppa loved them..Lol….I loved your comment about "In laws don't count" for the nuts..hahaha..

  4. I know the feeling Bev!  I once made a Peanut Butter In The Middle batch of cookies.  A little time consuming – but extremely yummy.  The kids hovered in the kitchen until they came out of the oven and ate them all promptly as soon as they were cool enough to eat!  All my hard work…gone!  I was angry at the time – but soon came to understand that meant they were excellent cookies.  They keep asking me to make them again…they are grown now.  I'm definitely gonna have to make a double batch!  LOL.  Love this video…Howie kills me.
