Belizean Boil Milk Cake

“Belizean Boil Milk Cake” aka Caramel Cake. This cake is delicious with tons of sweet frosting. This takes me back to when I was a child in Belize.

Cake ingredients:

2/3 cup butter, softened
1 3/4 cups white sugar
2 eggs
2 3/4 cups all purpose flour
2 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 can 12 oz evaporated milk
1/2 tbs strawberry flavoring
1/2 tbs pineapple flavoring

Bake cakes at 350 for 35-40 minutes

Boil milk (caramel frosting)
2 cans sweetened condensed milk
